Viva Lenoir, President<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

An Anglophile with a passion for sensory culture, Viva Lenoir has forged a unique career path combining communication, performing arts and olfactory expertise, spanning France, the United Kingdom and Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The daughter of Jean Lenoir, creator of Le Nez du Vin\u00ae, she joined the family business in 2014 after an initial career in media and live entertainment. A WSET 2 & 3 graduate and a graduate of the Institute of Brewing & Distilling in London, she also took chemistry courses at the CNAM and obtained the title of AST (Authorised Trainer of the Specialty Coffee Association) for the Flavour and Aroma module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Baptised in Champagne but enamoured with Puligny Montrachet Chardonnays, she reserves her greatest enthusiasm for Scottish single malts: from the intense peatiness of a Caol Ila Distiller’s Edition to the indulgence of a Glentauchers bottled by Cadenhead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rapha\u00ebl Fargier, Managing Director<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Rapha\u00ebl spent part of his childhood in Latin America and Africa. Returning to France to study, he graduated from the \u00c9cole Sup\u00e9rieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP-EAP) in 2000 and began his career in Marseille and then Geneva, in accounting and financial auditing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He moved to the region of Occitanie, which quickly found a special place in his heart. Rapha\u00ebl spent time in Toulouse with a famous aircraft manufacturer (the spirit of camaraderie between former aerospace workers inspires his managerial approach today) before heading up international sales administration and then logistics in Mexico, working for a large cosmetics group based in the Tarn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2013 he joined L’Occitane en Provence and met Olivier Baussan, who in 2017 entrusted him with the site and operations of fine foods retailer Maison Br\u00e9mond 1830. The company’s philosophy \u2013 based on authenticity and economic development that respects people and the living world \u2013 was reflected in the vision of Jean Lenoir, who handed over the management of \u00c9ditions Jean Lenoir to him in 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An iron fist in a velvet glove, Rapha\u00ebl has a soft spot for the powerful Carignan and Mourv\u00e8dre grape varieties, particularly in the wines of the Corbi\u00e8res-Boutenac appellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Olivier Munoz, Sales and Marketing Director<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Olivier studied oceanography in Marseille, his birthplace and longtime home, so a career in sales was not the obvious choice. However, from his very first post with a large sports and leisure company, Olivier took to figures like a fish takes to water. The next step was an obvious progression: he became Regional Director and then Franchise Director at L’Occitane en Provence before becoming Director of Retail – France and Benelux at The Body www. He joined \u00c9ditions Jean Lenoir in 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

True to his origins, Olivier is a gourmet with a sunny, southern character. Wine has been part of his world since childhood thanks to his grandfather, a wine merchant in Marseille’s Saint-Henri neighbourhood. He is passionate about the wines of Provence, especially the reds and whites of the Var where he is now based.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When Olivier discovered whisky a few years ago, it quickly became his second love. He likes to keep an open mind: his tastes range from light Japanese single malts to powerfully peaty Islay scotches and highly aromatic Irish single pot still whiskeys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emma Santiago, Sales Administration and Accounts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Emma is the Proven\u00e7al smile of \u00c9ditions Jean Lenoir !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A native of Provence, Emma is responsible for shipping orders. She finds the most suitable transport options at the keenest prices to ensure that our box sets arrive safely: every day around forty parcels leave Cassis for destinations dotted around the world. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emma also makes sure that our accounts are never in the red. However, when it comes to wine, red is not a problem \u2013 she particularly enjoys the wines of Gigondas for their freshness, and pepper and red fruit aromas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nathalie Damigon, Sales manager France<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

From the very beginning, Nathalie has been navigating between two interconnected worlds : aromas and wine. After honing her skills in the research and development of spirits, then supporting a renowned company in the field of food flavorings, she chose to turn to viticulture and oenology to enrich her journey with hands-on experience in the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This path, both scientific and commercial, gives her a rare perspective : the ability to understand technical aspects in depth while sharing them with clarity and enthusiasm. Curious and meticulous, she enjoys building connections, listening, and providing guidance to transform every encounter into a relationship of trust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Passionate about tasting, she has a particular fondness for the Rh\u00f4ne Valley and a special affection for C\u00f4te-R\u00f4tie<\/strong>, which she delights in savoring on occasion.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nathalie Serougne, Sales Assistant<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A photographer by training, multi-talented Nathalie likes to turn her hand to many other tasks, including managing sales and customer service. Nathalie fell in love with the wine world in 2014 when she took over a company making ratafia (a sweet fortified wine with natural grape aromas). So it’s fair to say that she had plenty of experience when she joined \u00c9ditions Jean Lenoir in early 2022 to act as a link between our workshop and sales department, and to manage orders for the wine trade sector. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Born in Provence, she has a penchant for Palette, a small appellation in the foothills of the Sainte-Victoire mountain whose white wines have a Burgundian elegance. They are remarkable for their depth and aromatic expression full of fruity and floral nuance, with the lightest touch of oak: made for ageing, these wines can develop delicious notes of honey and candied fruit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The production team at \u00c9ditions Jean Lenoir combines strength with meticulous attention to detail. David, Augustin, Guillaume and Sandra are responsible for assembling all our book-objects and managing the warehouse in Cassis. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
